Add this new Disney Vans collection to the top of your shopping list

If you’re anything like us, you can’t get enough merchandise celebrating Mickey Mouse’s 90th birthday. And now, we’re adding the newest Disney x Vans collaboration to the top of our shopping list.

The release of the Disney Vans Originals Collection earlier this season included a new line of footwear, apparel, and accessories featuring 11 designs inspired by Mickey imagery throughout the decades. Both Mickey and Minnie were celebrated in the collection in fun and creative ways. To add to the Mickey Mouse fashion inspiration, Vans has released a capsule collection commemorating Mickey Mouse.

Disney Vans shoes

This new capsule includes the Authentic style of Vans footwear, a long-sleeve tee, and a Jockey hat, all of which are printed with stylistic images of Mickey Mouse as he was depicted over the decades since his “birth” in 1928. The most modern illustration of Mickey printed on the items includes the beloved mouse holding a birthday cake in honor of his 90th year.

This collection is part of the larger Disney and Vans collaboration, one of the many collections that launched this year to celebrate Mickey Mouse’s 90th birthday. The designer fashion line Rag & Bone released a collection of unisex clothing, RayBan and Disney designed Disney Parks-exclusive sunglasses, and Funko is among the merchandise brands releasing limited-edition lines to celebrate the original Disney icon’s 90th year. The Disney Parks and Resorts worldwide will be celebrating Mickey Mouse into 2019, and a Mickey True Original Exhibition just opened in New York City. It seems the world can’t get enough of the original Disney mascot, and we’re not upset about it!

If you’re itching to get your hands on this new line of Mickey Mouse clothing, set a reminder for the launch. The newest capsule in the Disney x Vans collection will be available for purchase online beginning November 16. To shop the rest of the collection, visit the Vans official website here.
